The founder

Twenty one years. £1B+. One conviction.

Duane McCreadie spent two decades leading some of the most complex projects in the UK and Ireland — more than £1B+ of delivery — and kept running into the same truth: almost every defect was preventable, if only the right knowledge had been in the right hands at the right moment.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, a CITB NI board member and vice chair of the CIOB NI Hub, Duane founded QualiT to put that knowledge where it belongs — at the workface.

This can lead to poor design output, management direction and trade skills, whilst pressure is growing on contractors to ensure buildings are safe and margins are made.
